Start using a password manager. I use keepass2 in Debian myself, but there's lots of good ones.
If you already use a password manager, teach someone else to do that.

I've generally recommended a version of KeePassX, currently it's KeePassXC

@liw keepass2 are based on Mono platform . I use more litghly keepassx (Qt widgets based).
