Pirkka-Pekka Petelius, now an MP, used to be an actor and in the 80s and 90s made some really racist, insulting, degrading sketches about minorities in Finland. He has recently apologised.

The apology has angered a lot of people on social media and in the mainstream media. Fuck them. Apologising, even decades later, for bullying is always the right thing to do. (It might not be the only right thing to do, of course.)

Humour can be so funny you laugh so hard you can't breathe, while at the same time being hurtful, harmful, and wrong.

Not that the kind of humour Petelius perpetrated back then was funny. I found it barely amusing, even then, as a teenager, even though I should've been right smack in the target audience.
