Random thought of the day: a meeting with 150 people actively participating by talking is not going to work, regardless of technical platform.
A meeting where a small number of people talk at 150 people is a lecture, not a meeting.
@liw Do you share my frustration with keynote speeches at conferences? I always think "Just record it ahead of time and let us watch it before the event, on the plane, etc!"
@quiddity Not really, but that's mostly because I rarely go to conferences.
@quiddity The big benefit of being at a lecture is being able to ask questions and discuss it with others in a high-bandwidth context. Large conferences and talks nullify the possibility to ask questions.
